Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packaged and beautifully wrapped before being shipped, and all deliveries are fully tracked and insured for complete peace of mind.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with some exceptions for public holidays and other operational closures.

During sale periods and other exceptionally busy periods, orders may take a little longer to process. If we expect any significant delays, we will include details on our website and notify you as soon as possible.

We ship all orders via DHL and all shipping costs are displayed in Euros (€).

British Isles

All orders to the British Isles are shipped via DHL.

DHL Express – €7.50

Delivery times: 1–2 days

Any applicable import duties, customs charges and related fees are absorbed into the shipping cost, so you will not be presented with an additional duty or customs bill upon delivery.

European Union

All orders to the European Union are shipped via DHL.

Delivery times: 2 days

As we are now based in the EU, our Eu customers will no longer pay duties.

United States

All orders to the United States are shipped via FedEx on a duty-paid service.

DHL – €30.00

Delivery times: 2-3 days

Any applicable import duties, customs charges and related fees are absorbed into the shipping cost, so you will not be presented with an additional duty or customs bill upon delivery.

Rest of the World

We ship worldwide via DHL. Depending on your destination and the weight of your order, shipping costs will generally range from €30–€55.

The available shipping service and final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery destination - we will endeavour to provide the fastest available option.

Tax on International Sales

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes, duties or customs charges depending on the destination country and applicable local regulations.

Where we offer a duty-paid (DDP) service, any applicable import duties and customs charges are included in the shipping cost and will be covered by us.

For destinations where a duty-paid service is not available, customers may be responsible for any import taxes, duties or customs fees levied by their local customs authorities.

Duty-Free Thresholds

The following duty-free thresholds are provided for guidance only and may be subject to change. We accept no liability for the accuracy of this information. Please check your local customs regulations for the most up-to-date information.

• United States: $0

• Canada: C$20

• Australia: A$1,000

• New Zealand: Duty is not collected where the tax liability is less than NZ$60. This equates to a total order value of approximately NZ$235. Please check the New Zealand Government duty estimator for further details.

• Switzerland: CHF 65

TBC: Depending on local regulations, splitting orders which fall above the applicable duty-free thresholds may avoid import tax being levied.
